the Backlot (regarding this)
Hysterical? I take it you mean hysterically funny, right? Kurt all vulnerable after some stranger bound him up and made him afraid of rape. Isn’t it just hilarious?
I would like to point out another case of the raging double standard here. Just imagine (I hate we always have to use this analogy but nothing else seems to penetrate the fumes of ignorance and rape culture condoning that’s wafting up in here…), so just imagine if it were Rachel or Santana bound up in that bed. Still hilarious? I’m pretty sure everyone would be all up in arms over the horrific story this scene is hinting at/outright stating.
But no. It’s all good and hysterical fun when Kurt gets drugged, tied up (against his consent because well, he can’t consent) and is completely vulnerable in the hands of some stranger (or when Tina straddles unconscious Blaine and touches him without his consent). Right.
Check yourself, Backlot. Seriously.
Kurt and Blaine make out in a car.

Only slightly. But someone on that set has our best interests at heart

Joaquin keeps me sane
What the hell.
So THAT can happen
but Blaine and Kurt can’t like
